Spring Break
This spring break, I went back to my hometown. It seems inappropriate for me to go back to China in just a short period of time, but I could not wait to see my friends and families, I miss them so much.
Another main reason for me to go home was to eat. I made a list of food that I wanted to eat, especially the hot pot. The first thing I did after I met my family was, I went to eat hotpot. We ordered so much that we could barely finish all of them.
The second day, I finally got a nice haircut. I shared a room with my mom, I missed her so much. She took me to the shops and bought some new clothes, we chatted and laughed like before. My father made me nice tea to drink every morning, his tea making technics didn't regress at all. I love the way he control the intensity of the smell of tea.
My dog, Motor, got fatter in just two months! I can't believe how much food my grandpa has given to it. Its whole body looked like a black ball, but it was so cute.
I wanted to give all my classmates a surprise meeting, so I didn't tell any of them that I was coming back. One day after the last class of the morning, when the bell rang for lunch, I secretly locked my classmates inside the classroom, and straigtely walked into the classroom. They were all surprised and excited. Some of them started screaming, which called down many of my old teachers. My old English teacher, Mr.Chen, gave me a big hug when he saw me. He said "I'm proud of you! " I was so happy to hear this. It ensured me that it's right to chose to study aboard.
Day went by quickly, just like a sudden, it was the fifth day. I finally had the opportunity to meet my good friend Sylvia. She brought me a lot of gifts, and they were all useful inside my dorm. I was grateful that she thought so carefully for me. We went to make sand glass bottles. It was basically putting different colors of sand into a glass bottle, and use a needle to outline the image you want to make inside the glass bottle. I made a beautiful night view, it's for my mom; and a heart upon flowers, it's for my dad. She did pretty good at sand making, so she made a pink rabbit with my name on it. When we were about to say goodbye, she gave this little bottle to me and said "Please take it to America with you, it will be your fortune ingredient." I gave her a big deep hug.
Now I am again back in Webb, time goes fast, I am looking forward to the summer break.

Sounds so fun! I bet it was particularly fun to visit your friends and teachers at your old school. That's so cool that you made a list of all of the food you wanted to eat. I would do that, too! Please proofread and make corrections! 17/20
